Alternate London is very much like our own...same dingy cobblestone  streets, same looming clocktower, same filthy backstreets...accept this one is riddled with creatures worse than cuthroats and thieves and drunkards...​

    London has a secret society of immortals, and they have more of a grip on the city than one might first think. The Senate alone, representing the Immortals of London, has enough control over the police, government and justice system to bend almost anyone to their will. And then of course, there is the Joint Council, who represent the Immortals of the world, and you don't want to know what they can do...

 

    Now,  in a tiny alleyway, behind an elaborate cloaking spell is the Assassin's Guild, a neutral order of immortals who kill for a living when they aren't trying to keep the balance of Night and Day. It will disturb you to know that I did indeed say neautral...there are no heroes in this world, only villains, and those somewhere in between.

In this world, a dark game is played, a game where the ultimate prize is to live forever.
